1. Introduction
Snokonoko is a product of SS Group (Pty) Ltd. This document outlines the current pricing structure applicable to services provided through the Snokonoko platform.
2. Purpose
This Policy provides transparency regarding the administration fees charged for facilitating lending transactions between users on the platform.
3. Administration Fee
Snokonoko charges an administration service fee equal to 10% of the approved loan amount for each successful loan facilitated through the platform. This fee is charged for providing the technology platform, user verification, transaction facilitation, customer support, fraud prevention and related administrative services.
